MALTERIA ARBEQUINA
The Cooperativa Arbequina de Arbeca (Lleida), with a centenary history (1919) and which today has just over 500 farming members with an annual production of 6,000 tons of cereal, has decided to innovate in the Craft Brewery sector; building a malt base factory (barley and wheat) for a planned annual production capacity of 1,000 tons which is expected to be reached by the end of this year 2025. This industrial initiative joins, as another production section, the current ones of: oil mill - packaging and distribution of extra virgin olive oil arbequina, among others.

    1. IS THE SITE FULLY ADAPTED FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY?

    Yes, the access and facilities are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

    1. WHAT IS THE TICKET PRICE? WHERE CAN I BUY IT AND WHAT DOES IT INCLUDE?

    The professional ticket costs €45 in advance online (plus booking fee). It allows access for the two days of the convention and the 3 days of the Barcelona Beer Festival and includes: tasting glass, refill wristband, lanyard identifying you as a professional, tote bag that includes the exhibitor’s guide and the Craft Beer Map. The professional ticket allows free access to all InnTalks and InnBrew workshops.

    1. CAN I ENTER AND LEAVE WHENEVER I WANT?

    With the professional ticket, you don’t have to worry about capacity, we reserve a space for you for the whole weekend, so you can enter and leave whenever you want.

    1. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY TICKET, WHERE CAN I WRITE TO SOLVE IT?

    1. CAN MINORS ENTER?

    Minors can enter the festival free of charge and accompanied by an adult guardian. Obviously they will not be allowed to consume alcohol.

    1. CAN I ENTER WITH MY PET?

    No, unfortunately, La Fira de Montjuïc does not allow pets on the site.

    HOW INNBREW WORKS: 

    1. WHAT WILL I FIND AT THE CONVENTION?

    InnBrew is an exclusively professional event designed to meet the needs of companies dedicated to the brewing sector. Under this nomenclature are grouped the 3 legs of the convention: The InnShow area, where you will find an exhibition of brewery products and services, the Inntalks: technical, formative, motivational and experiential presentations, round tables and reflection, Networking treated transversally: from meetings, workshops and face-to-face robberies.

    1. WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE THERE AND HOW CAN I SIGN UP?

    During the InnBrew event, InnTalks are prepared, which are presented in various spaces, in which everything from training sessions to presentations or round tables with thought-provoking debates will be held. The InnTalks are the annual meeting point for discovering new trends, training, reflecting and, in short, growing professionally both at an individual and business level.

    If you are an accredited professional, you can access all the InnBrew activities free of charge, without prior reservation and by consulting the programme on the convention website.

    On the other hand, there are also the workshops where the exhibiting companies make presentations with few places. If you are an accredited professional, you will be able to attend free of charge.

    1. CAN I KEEP MY GLASS?

    Yes, you can take your glass home with you. Remember that if you come for more than one day you will have to bring it back.

    1. WHAT DO I DO IF I LOSE MY GLASS OR IF IT BREAKS?

    If you lose or break your glass, you can buy another one at the information booth by showing your wristband.

    1. WILL THERE BE OTHER DRINKS?

    You will be able to buy water and soft drinks at the Barcelona Beer Festival information point.

    1. IS IT POSSIBLE TO BUY FOOD? WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?

    Yes, as the gastronomic festival that we are, we could not miss a good offer of food with good beer pairing. You can check what’s on offer in the section: https://barcelonabeerfestival.com/en/gastronomy/  . You will always find at least one vegetarian option.

    1. WHAT IS THE BARCELONA BEER CHALLENGE?

    The Barcelona Beer Challenge was launched in 2016 and is currently consolidated as the main national competition with a wide international scope. The main objective is to give value, visibility and recognition to the best quality beers through prestigious awards. The tasting of the more than 1000 references evaluated by the 50 invited judges takes place during the first part of the year, and the awards gala will be held during the InnBrew. https://barcelonabeerchallenge.com 

    1. WHAT IS THE STEVE HUXLEY AWARD?

    This is an award promoted by the festival organisers to recognise professionals in the sector who have made an important contribution to the development of craft beer in the country.
